✨ Readings & Intuitive Services

❓1. How are your readings delivered?

All readings are completed remotely and delivered through email, voice note, or a written PDF depending on the type of reading you choose. You’ll receive your reading within 2–3 days of purchase. No scheduling is necessary, everything is completed in sacred space, with care and intention.


❓2. Do I need to be present or schedule a session?

No — I do not offer live or scheduled readings. Instead, I connect to your energy remotely once you submit your purchase and give energetic consent by clicking the confirmation button at checkout.

This consent grants me permission to intuitively tune in and complete your reading. If you’d like clarification afterward, you’re welcome to request a brief follow-up via voice message, text, or email.


❓3. What’s included in a reading?

Each intuitive offer is unique and includes different things. To find exactly what each offer includes, please check out the Intuitive Services Page to learn more about each offer or reach out with any questions or concerns.

My readings and offers are geared toward healing and self-growth. While I certainly accept requests for areas of life people want me to look into, I can’t and won’t offer any guidance in relation to relationships or health issues — and ultimately, I will provide what Spirit asks me to.


❓4. Can I ask specific questions in my reading?

My readings are designed to support your healing, growth, and self-awareness. You’re welcome to request that I tune into certain areas of your life, such as energy blocks, self-development, or emotional patterns.

However, I do not provide guidance on romantic relationships, medical conditions, or anything that falls outside the scope of intuitive spiritual support. I will always deliver what Spirit asks me to share, with integrity, care, and clear boundaries.


❓5. What if I don’t resonate with the reading?

I don’t provide readings just for fun, I use divination tools, cards, and my spiritual gifts to give you as accurate a reading as I can.

If something doesn’t resonate, please let me know and we can discuss it. However, I also encourage you to sit with it for a day or two. Sometimes we hear things we aren’t quite ready to receive, or they don’t make sense right away.

I can’t offer a refund as the energetic exchange has been made. It’s not my intention to make anyone believe in me or what I do. I am simply here using the gifts God gave me to help others.


❓6. How do you conduct readings and what are your spiritual gifts?

I am claircognizant, clairsentient, and I receive guidance through hearing, smell, and energetic impressions. I use a pendulum, specially made charts, and cards to tune in.

I also have guides who speak to me during readings and assist in my life and channeling. They help me bring forward the messages people need to receive. My work is a combination of tools, energetic tuning, and divinely guided spiritual support.


📦 Print-on-Demand Products

❓1. Can I return or exchange my order?

Because all physical products are made to order through my print provider, I do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing issue, I’ll gladly make it right.

To request a replacement:

  • Email me at wendikehn@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the issue and packaging

If the issue qualifies, I’ll have a replacement sent to you at no cost.


❓2. How long does shipping take?

All shirts and physical products are printed and fulfilled in the U.S., typically within 1 business day of payment. I offer free shipping on all orders.

Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking info by email once your order ships.

While I aim for smooth delivery, occasional postal delays can happen, thank you for your patience and for supporting a made-to-order business!


❓3. Are your items ethically sourced?

All of my products are printed and fulfilled by trusted, U.S.-based partners. For example, the unisex t-shirts I offer are made with ethically grown and harvested U.S. cotton, using Oeko-Tex certified materials and sustainable printing practices.

Many items, like my wood signs, are made from natural Baltic birch wood and printed using UV technology for minimal waste and strong longevity.

I always choose materials and print partners who align with the values of sacred care, integrity, and environmental respect.


💾 Digital Downloads

❓1. How will I receive my digital downloads?

After purchase, you’ll receive a PDF file delivered by email with your digital healing tool, affirmation cards, or printable ritual guide.

If the file doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. Still need help? Just reach out and I’ll personally resend your download.


❓2. Can I use them for clients or in my own work?

My digital tools are created for personal use only, meant to support your own healing and growth. They may not be resold, shared publicly, or used commercially (such as in coaching sessions, paid courses, or client packages) without my permission.

However, if you work with an organization, school, women’s shelter, or are using the tools for educational or supportive purposes, I would love to connect with you.

Please reach out to me directly, I’m always open to collaboration, custom bundles, or donation-based access for those doing powerful work in the world.


❓3. Are your tools beginner-friendly?

Many of the digital tools I create, like affirmation cards, trauma-informed workbooks, and shadow work prompts, are deep, reflective, and made for those seeking real transformation. They may not always feel “beginner,” but I believe if you’re drawn to something, it’s likely because your spirit team led you to it.

❓1. Are your services a substitute for therapy or medical advice?

No. While my offerings are spiritually guided and trauma-informed, they are not a substitute for licensed therapy, medical care, or professional mental health support.

Everything I share comes from my own life experience, self-led education, years of personal therapy, and the lessons I’ve learned through healing and spiritual growth. I’m not a medical expert and don’t claim to have all the answers, I’m simply here to walk alongside those who feel called to this work.

My tools and services are meant to support your energy, awareness, and emotional well-being. If you’re in crisis or need clinical support, please seek guidance from a licensed professional.


❓2. Do you offer trauma-informed guidance?

Since I am not a medical professional, I can’t claim that, but I do double check with tools like ChatGPT to make sure everything I create is as trauma-informed as possible.

Coming from someone who’s been through a lot in life, I deeply care about people and how I come across. I take care to watch my words and the way I express things. One of my gifts is the ability to present things in a way that makes sense individually, with the help of my guides and spiritual connection.


❓3. Are your readings suitable for children or teens?

My readings are intended for adults (18+) and are created with the emotional depth, themes, and spiritual content that may not be appropriate for younger audiences.

If a parent or guardian is seeking support for a teen or young person, I encourage you to reach out directly. In some cases, I may be able to offer something gentle and age-appropriate, but only with full consent and care.
