Come As You Are – Virtual Peer Support Sessions

You don’t have to carry it all alone. Sometimes we just need space to speak, to cry, to sit in silence, or to feel what we’re feeling without judgment, and this is that space. These one-on-one sessions aren’t about advice or fixing. They’re about presence, being heard, supported, and met exactly where you are.

You don’t have to show up a certain way here. You can come messy, quiet, raw, numb, overwhelmed, soft, whatever is true for you. There’s no need to prepare or present yourself. If there’s background noise, kids, pets, or interruptions, that’s okay. If you’re in your pajamas, that’s okay too. This space is meant to meet you in real life, exactly as it is.

🤝 What These Sessions Are

These are conversation-based support sessions centered on connection, presence, and emotional space. This is a place where you can talk things through, vent, reflect, sit in silence, cry if you need to, or simply not have to hold everything on your own for a moment.

Sometimes, support doesn’t look like talking at all. Sometimes you just need someone there while you do something, whether that’s getting through a task, having quiet company, or simply not feeling alone in your space. I’m open to being whatever you need in that moment, and each session moves at your pace.

This is the same supportive space offered across my work, including for caregivers and those navigating aging, just centered here on you.

💻 How It Works

Sessions are 60 minutes and held virtually via Google Meet (or Zoom if preferred), so you can join from the comfort of your own space. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your session link, a short optional intake form, and a confidentiality and boundaries agreement to review.

On the day of your session, just come as you are, whatever that looks like for you. We’ll begin with a gentle check-in and move at your pace, with no pressure to talk or perform and no expectation to have things figured out.
