Everything created within Hellbloom Haven is made with intention, care, and respect for the work itself and the person receiving it. Many offerings are custom-made, digital, or energetically delivered, so the following policies are in place to provide clarity while honoring the nature of each service and product.
💌 Physical Orders (Print-on-Demand Products)
(Apparel, Art Prints, Crystal Grid Products, etc.)
All physical products are made to order through a trusted fulfillment partner (Printify). Because each item is created specifically for you, returns or exchanges are not available for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Color preference
- Change of mind
Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Misprinted
- Incorrect
- Or with a production defect
A replacement will be provided at no cost.
To request a replacement:
• Email wendikehn@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery
• Include clear photos of the item and packaging showing the issue
Requests submitted after 10 days may not qualify due to fulfillment partner policies.
🖥️ Digital Downloads
(PDFs, Workbooks, Affirmation Decks, Ritual Guides, etc.)
All digital products are non-refundable.
These items are delivered electronically and cannot be returned or revoked once accessed. If you experience any issues with your download, access, or file quality, please reach out and I will make sure you receive your product properly.
All digital content is for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially without permission.
🔮 Services (Intuitive & Reflective Offerings)
(Readings, Insight Sessions, Energy Mapping, etc.)
All services are:
- Prepaid
- Completed remotely
- Delivered via email, audio, or written format
Once a service has been completed and delivered, it is considered final and non-refundable.
These offerings are rooted in reflection, intuitive awareness, and personal insight, not guaranteed outcomes.
If a service cannot be completed:
If for any reason I am unable to complete your service, or feel that I cannot ethically or clearly move forward with it, a full refund will be issued, and no content will be delivered.
🌀 Follow-Up Support
If you need clarification after receiving your service, you are welcome to reach out.
A brief follow-up response may be provided to support understanding or integration. This does not include extended sessions or ongoing guidance unless booked separately.
💬 1:1 Peer Support & Companion Sessions
These sessions are scheduled, non-clinical support spaces.
Because time and energy are reserved specifically for you:
- Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be refunded
- Rescheduling requests should be made with as much notice as possible
