Welcome to Hellbloom Haven. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your participation in any services, readings, or purchases offered through www.hellbloomhaven.com.
By visiting this site, purchasing digital products, or booking any services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
📌 1. Website Use
- You agree to use this site in a respectful and lawful manner.
- You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content or materials without written permission from Hellbloom Haven.
- This site and all services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using this site or booking any sessions, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
🛍️ 2. Products & Services
Digital Products
All digital downloads (PDFs, guides, card decks, rituals) are non-refundable. You may not resell, share, or redistribute them.
Print-on-Demand Products
All physical items are made to order. Please refer to the Refund & Return Policy for details on replacements for damaged or defective items.
Intuitive Services
All intuitive readings and energy-based services are delivered remotely through spiritual and energetic connection. These are prepaid and non-refundable once delivered.
You may receive your reading in written, audio, or visual format depending on the service purchased. While live sessions are not required, follow-up support is available for clarity or integration if requested.
💬 3. 1:1 Support Sessions – “Come As You Are”
These virtual sessions are offered as non-clinical, peer-based support and are not a substitute for therapy or professional mental health services.
By booking a 1:1 session, you agree to the following:
- You are 18 or older and participating voluntarily
- These sessions are designed for emotional presence and space-holding, not advice, coaching, or crisis support
- A Confidentiality & Boundaries Agreement (non-legally binding) will be shared and agreed upon prior to the session
- You will not disclose illegal activity, intent to harm, or anything requiring legal reporting, this is to protect both parties
- The facilitator reserves the right to cancel or end a session at any time if the space becomes unsafe, inappropriate, or misaligned
- Personal details shared by the facilitator in session are also to be kept private by the participant
- While reflections or reviews are welcome, confidentiality and respect must be upheld on both sides
These sessions are a trial offering through December 2025 and may be available for a small fee beginning January 2026.

All intuitive readings are offered in good faith, based on spiritual insight and energetic connection.
They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.
By booking, you acknowledge that:

- No guarantees or specific outcomes are promised
