I pour care, energy, and intention into every product and service I create. Many items are custom-made or delivered digitally/energetically, so these policies help protect the integrity of my work while making sure you have a clear and supportive experience.
💌 Physical Orders (Print-on-Demand Products)
(Apparel, Art Prints, Crystal Grid Products, etc.)
All physical products are made-to-order through a trusted print provider (Printify). Because they’re created just for you, I can’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or if you simply change your mind. Please double-check the size charts included in each product listing before ordering.
That said, if your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Misprinted
- Or with a production defect
I’ll gladly send you a free replacement.
To request a replacement:
- Email me at wendikehn@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery
- Include clear photos of the item and its original packaging showing the issue
Requests made after 10 days may not qualify due to my production partner’s policy.
🖥️ Digital Downloads
(PDFs, Affirmation Decks, Ritual Kits, etc.)
All digital products are non-refundable.
These items are delivered instantly after purchase, which means they can’t be returned or revoked. If you have any trouble downloading or opening your files, send me an email and I’ll do my best to get you sorted quickly.
🔮 Services (Intuitive & Energetic Work)
(Readings, Energy Check-ins, Voice Note Guidance, etc.)
All services are prepaid and completed remotely through energetic connection, no live session is required unless otherwise stated in the listing.
I channel and deliver your reading via email, audio, or written format. Once the service is completed and sent to you, it’s considered final and non-refundable.
If for any reason:
- I’m unable to complete the service
- Or the energetic connection isn’t aligning properly
→ You’ll receive a full refund, and no content will be delivered.

After I send your reading, you’re welcome to request a brief follow-up (by call, text, or voice note) for clarification or integration, at no additional cost.
