It’s vibration, and vibration is everything.
Every cell, thought, feeling, and memory has a frequency.
So when you introduce intentional sound into your energy field, you’re not just listening… you’re re-tuning.
Sound healing is the practice of using frequency to:

💫 How I Use Sound at Hellbloom Haven
In my practice, I use sound:
- Before sessions (to clear & prepare my space)

🌙 How You Can Begin Using Sound Frequencies
No fancy tools? No problem. Start here:
1. 🎧 Daily Sound Bath
- Search YouTube or Spotify for “528 Hz” or “sound bath for healing”
- Lie down, close your eyes, and just receive
- Let the tones wash through you, not as music, but medicine
2. 🗣️ Use Your Voice
- Hum gently while placing your hand on your chest
- Repeat a mantra or vowel sound like “Ahhh” or “Om”
- Match the tone to your mood, let it move stuck energy
3. 🔔 Clear with Chimes or Bells
- Ring a bell or chime near your heart, crown, or solar plexus
- Use this before writing, card pulling, or healing work
